Fountain City Amphitheater
Providing free, top-quality entertainment to the people of Bryan and the surrounding area.
Dear Valued Community Member,
Thank you for your generous support. For the past four years, the Fountain City Amphitheater has provided free, top-quality entertainment to the people of Bryan and the surrounding area. Our 2024 season was so successful and made possible by the donations of 3 exclusive and presenting sponsors, 21 area businesses and 32 individuals and families. We hosted over 28 events, with over 5,000 attending these events throughout the summer. We raised just over $74,000, which covered all our expenses for the events, and we were able to purchase some much-needed drum risers and stools. Everything that we raise goes towards the event budget which includes the bands, professional sound engineers and hotels and food for the band, as well as marketing and equipment needed for concerts and events.
Bringing high-quality entertainment is a costly undertaking. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the local businesses and individuals who generously sponsored all our events for the 2024 amphitheater season. Your contributions have made a significant difference in our community.
As we begin planning for our 2025 season, we are excited to start our fundraising efforts earlier. This proactive approach is crucial to ensure we can bring the best possible entertainment to the City of Bryan. Your early support is not just important; it’s vital. It will play a significant role in our ability to secure a variety of top-notch acts for the 2024 Summer Season. We are looking to host approximately 6 concerts, a variety of family-friendly events, comedy nights, story times, fitness classes, and worship, as well as continuing to highlight the talented citizens of Bryan. Your involvement from the start will make a significant difference.
Contributing will help us cover the cost of these acts and their specific requirements. Your donation will be recognized as a charitable contribution, and we are truly grateful for any support you can provide. All monies raised go directly towards the cost of programming activities and events at the Fountain City Amphitheater!
As a valued friend, your commitment to the Fountain City Amphitheater sets an example. We hope you will join us at one of our events next summer. Your participation is not just a show of support, it’s a powerful contribution to making the City of Bryan a better place to live, work, and play. If you have any questions about the Amphitheater, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at fcamph@cityofbryan.com or by phone at (419) 633-6030. Thank you again for your support, and we hope to see you at the Fountain City Amphitheater soon.
Thank you all for your continued support of our wonderful community. We can’t wait to see you next summer!
In-Kind,
Jeffrey A. Tonjes
